Build your list →About 7,700 new local companies a week
New filings per week by filing date, averaged over the last 4 full weeks. Your list starts with new local companies; registered-agent addresses and out-of-state companies are free options.
| State | All filings | New local companies | At an agent's address | Out-of-state companies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Colorado | 3,322 | 2,419 | 613 | 291 |
| Connecticut | 1,176 | 947 | 76 | 154 |
| New York | 5,006 | 3,125 | 1,488 | 393 |
| Oregon | 1,487 | 1,168 | 90 | 229 |
"At an agent's address" means the only address on file is a registered agent's, a law firm's or a virtual office's: we recognise the agent services and any address shared by 8 or more new filings in 35 days. Oregon publishes once a week, so its filings arrive on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Questions
Can't find what you need? Email support@sabrsoftware.com and a person answers. Sources: the Colorado, Connecticut, New York and Oregon business registries.
Where does the data come from?
From each state's public business registry: the Colorado Secretary of State, the Connecticut Secretary of the State, the New York Department of State and the Oregon Secretary of State. They publish new filings every day (Oregon once a week).
What counts as a new filing?
A company formed in the state (an LLC, corporation, nonprofit or partnership) or, if you tick the option, a company formed elsewhere that registered to do business there. Each is sent once, the first time we see it, even if the state posts it late.
How is this different from a list broker?
It comes straight from the states every day, so you hear about a company the morning after it files, and you only pay for the states you sell in.
What address do I get?
The address the company gave the state: the principal office in Colorado and Oregon, the business address in Connecticut. New York only publishes the address for service of process, which is often a law firm or agent; we mark those.
What is a registered-agent address?
Many new companies list a registered agent's or virtual office's address instead of their own. We recognise the agent services and any address shared by many new filings, and leave those out unless you tick the option.
Do you include owners' or agents' names?
No. We never include the names of registered agents, organizers, officers, members or other people, and we leave out assumed names (DBAs), which are often sole proprietors.
Do I get emails or phone numbers?
Connecticut filings include the email the company gave the state; you get it when it's at the company's own domain (about a third of Connecticut rows). Personal webmail addresses and filing services' addresses are left out. The other states publish no email or phone.
Can I send mailers about annual reports or compliance?
No. Our terms forbid anything made to look like it comes from a government agency. States warn new owners about those mailers.
Can I change my states or filters?
Yes. Reply to any email with the states, areas or ZIP codes you want.
Can I use the data for screening or credit decisions?
No. We aren't a consumer reporting agency, and the data can't be used for credit, insurance, employment or housing decisions about anyone.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, from the link in every email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
